One of our Web3 portfolio companies is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the business and help the Founder scale the organization as they start to see strong market traction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to the Founder on business strategy across all parts of the business
• Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects
• Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don’t have clear owners
• Lead company-wide initiatives
• Drive revenue and capacity planning
• Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards

Requirements

• Someone with at least 5 to 8 years of experience
• Someone with a strong understanding of financial trading / exchanges
• Someone excited about joining a 0 to 1 journey
• An interest in getting deep into setting up a business
• Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
• Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
