One of our late-stage B2B enterprise SaaS portfolio companies headquartered in the US is looking for their first enterprise Sales leader to join the business and drive all commercial activity across the APJ region.
Responsibilities
- Work with Founders to go from 10 to 100 customers in the region including ANZ
 - Build and lead the commercial team of AE and Solutions Engineers in the region
 - Design a localized end-to-end Sales process for the region
 - As the process develops, replace yourself with a scalable team
 - Ensure the team's objectives are aligned with business strategy
 - Mentor and build the team's capabilities by leaning on the company's playbook, but also implementing your own
 
Qualifications
- At least 10+ years of sales experience is preferred
 - At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
 - Prior experience selling into ANZ is critical
 - Prior experience selling into Enterprise and mid-market would be preferred
 - Prior experience growing teams
 - Proactive and hustler mentality
 - Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
