One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join the business to work closely with the Founders, and lead the function.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive all strategies across awareness, acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, and referrals
• Lead project teams to revamp channel strategies across social media, content, events and SEO
• Work closely with the Founders to define, and then drive strong performance marketing metrics
• Assess current demand-generation programs and accelerate/enhance/replace them
• Shape and drive the growth marketing engine

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Prior experience in a growth marketing role
• Prior experience driving end-to-end growth marketing strategies for a B2C business
• Someone who wants to take ownership and build a business from the ground up
• Someone passionate about building a startup
• Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
