One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Growth to build and drive all digital acquisition strategies for the business.
Responsibilities
- Own growth across our entire ecosystem
- Drive user acquisition, CAC efficiency, funnel optimisation, lifecycle journeys, and data-led growth experiments across digital channels
- Build and optimise full-funnel growth strategies
- Run performance campaigns and scale efficiently
- Drive lifecycle marketing across email, push, WhatsApp & in-app
- Optimise landing pages and user journeys for conversions
- Unlock content-led growth and new scalable channels
- Own budgets and maximise ROI
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in digital growth or performance marketing
- Proven success in scaling paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, UAC, LinkedIn, affiliates & more
- Strong command over CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort analysis & experimentation
- Hands-on experience with GA, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Clevertap, Looker Studio etc.
- Growth mindset + speed + ownership
- Strong passion to join a fast-growing startup
