A B2B SaaS comany revolutionizing the way computer vision and AI are used to revolutionize manufacturing operations globally are now launching their operations in the region, and they are now looking to hire highly independent Solutions Architects to serve as Technical account owners..

Responsibilities

• 80% customer-facing / 20% technical prototyping
• Lead zero-to-one solution delivery for manufacturing and logistics clients
• Scope and design computer vision use cases including defect detection, safety compliance, and throughput optimization
• Conduct onsite diagnostics to evaluate physical constraints and demo potential solutions
• Own the technical-commercial bridge, aligning stakeholder requirements with production-ready model configurations and data plans
• Directly influence the product roadmap by distilling field insights and edge cases into actionable feedback for core engineering teams

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in Software, ML, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Field Engineering).
• Hands-on prototyping skills with the ability to write scripts, configure data pipelines, and manage basic system integrations.
• High adaptability and comfort with context-switching between complex physical environments and software workflows
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical constraints to operators
• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing plants, logistics yards) is a significant advantage
• No prior Computer Vision experience required; just the hunger to learn
