We are looking for early-career engineers who can operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers. This role involves building real solutions for real users, often in fast-moving enterprise AI environments.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with customers to understand problems and design solutions
• Build and ship end-to-end features using modern full-stack / AI tooling
• Act as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams
• Prototype quickly and own early deployments for key customers

Who we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience (strong fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to build independently
• Comfortable working directly with users / customers
• High agency, strong communication, and ability to operate in ambiguity

Strong signals

• IIT / IIIT / BITS / top CS programs (not mandatory)
• Early startup experience (pre-seed / seed / Series A)
• Founding engineer / intern at early-stage company
• Side projects, hackathons, open source, or startup attempts
• Interest in AI, developer tools, or enterprise software

This role is critical for scaling enterprise AI companies and is often the rate-limiting hire across early-stage teams.
