Their platform helps leading research agencies scale faster while maintaining quality — processing 1,000+ surveys monthly and serving Fortune 500 companies. Recently raised a Series A, and now scaling their product and engineering org aggressively.

The Role

As Head of Product, you'll partner directly with the Founder as the bridge between leadership and engineering. This is a high-leverage role — owning momentum, clarity, and coordination across the product and engineering org, while shaping how an AI-first product company operates at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Founder to track, unblock, and prioritise projects across engineering
• Coordinate execution across AI, full stack, and platform teams
• Maintain full visibility on progress — what's moving, what's stuck, what's next
• Build and own internal systems for planning, review, and documentation
• Drive operational improvements that keep the team moving fast without adding bureaucracy
• Represent leadership in async updates, customer calls, and partner conversations
• Contribute to design reviews, architecture planning, and quality standards

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in product or engineering roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity
• Technical enough to engage meaningfully with product and infrastructure architecture
• Track record of bringing structure to ambiguity — turning messy problems into clarity and progress
• Opinionated about how high-performing product and engineering teams should operate
• Thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments; ideally has worked closely with founders
• Strong communicator with the confidence to push back and ask "why?"
