Head of Product | B2B Fintech | Series A Bengaluru · Full-time

one of the fastest-growing B2B fintech platforms in an emerging market — profitable since day one, growing 6–9x year-on-year, and backed by some of the most respected names in global venture and operator investing. We are looking for a Head of Product to own our core expense management product and work directly alongside our Co-Founder & CPO.

The role

This is not a coordination role. You will own the expense management product end-to-end — what gets built, why, and in what order — and be accountable for outcomes. You will work in close partnership with our Co-Founder (engineering and product background, McKinsey Digital, deeply technical) and the Bengaluru engineering team.

What you will own:

• Full product ownership of our core spend management product — corporate cards, spend controls, real-time visibility, and the workflows our customers rely on daily
• The AI automation layer — receipt matching, reconciliation, document extraction, and defining what the next generation of finance automation looks like in production
• Roadmap prioritisation grounded in deep customer understanding across 2,000+ business customers
• Close day-to-day partnership with engineering — making tradeoffs with full technical context, not handing over specs

What we are looking for

• 10-12+ years in product, with meaningful B2B experience — fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS preferred
• Technical credibility — comfortable going deep with engineers on architecture and systems decisions
• AI-native product thinking — you treat AI as infrastructure, not a feature, and know how to embed it into workflows users rely on without noticing
• Startup orientation — you apply rigour where it matters and move fast everywhere else
• Someone who wants to build alongside a founder with strong opinions and will push back with equally strong ones
