One of our AI portfolio companies is looking for a for a dynamic Sales leader to join the business and drive the enterprise sales team across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own overall Enterprise revenue target
  • Manage a 10 member team of AEs to drive all commercial activity
  • Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operations
  • Own quality across pitches and sales demos
  • Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards

Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing a successful team of AEs would be preferred
  • Prior experience selling into Enterprise clients would be preferred
  • Prior experience growing teams
  • Start-up experience
  • Proactive and hustler mentality
