We're looking for a VP – Design to lead and scale the design function at a series A fintech redefining credit access for a large working population.

What We're Looking For

• Define and drive the overall design vision for the company
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team — currently 6 people across product design, graphic design, and motion design
• Partner closely with Founders, Product, and Engineering to create world-class user experiences
• Establish scalable design systems and cultivate a strong design culture across the organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience, with a track record leading design at a high-growth startup, fintech, or consumer technology company
