ounders' Office — Fintech Lending Platform (Series D, IPO-track)

Location: Delhi NCR (in-office)

Experience: 3–7 years

Compensation: ₹40–45 LPA plus equity

About the Role

We're hiring for our Founders' Office — a small, high-leverage team working directly with the CEO and leadership on the company's highest-priority problems. This is a broad, cross-functional mandate at a fast-growing fintech lending platform that's scaled into a category leader in embedded/SME credit and is on a clear path toward a public listing. You'll move across strategy, operations, business building, and special projects — with the explicit goal of developing into a P&L owner within the organization.

This is not a staff or advisory role. You'll be expected to own outcomes, not just analysis — running point on initiatives end-to-end, from framing the problem through execution and results.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the Founders and senior leadership on strategic priorities — new business lines, market expansion, fundraising support, and board/investor materials
  • Drive cross-functional projects spanning product, credit, sales, operations, and finance, often without formal authority — building alignment and driving execution across teams
  • Own specific business metrics and problem statements end-to-end: diagnose issues, build the plan, execute, and report on outcomes
  • Support IPO-readiness workstreams — governance, reporting rigor, process institutionalization, and investor-facing narrative
  • Build and refine operating cadences (OKRs, business reviews, board reporting) that scale with the company
  • Identify white-space opportunities — new products, partnerships, or markets — and build the initial business case and execution plan
  • Step into interim ownership of specific functions or initiatives as the business requires, with the expectation of transitioning into a full P&L role over time

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in fintech or financial services (lending, payments, or BFSI-focused roles), BFSI-focused management consulting, or venture capital/private equity investing in fintech — this domain grounding matters more to us than pedigree alone
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort translating ambiguous, high-stakes problems into structured plans
  • Demonstrated ownership — examples of driving something from 0 to 1, or taking a fuzzy mandate and shipping outcomes
  • Working understanding of lending economics, credit risk, or regulatory/compliance dynamics in Indian financial services is a strong plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management; ability to work with and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • High energy, high agency, and comfort with a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred, not mandatory

Why This Role

  • Direct, sustained exposure to how a category-leading fintech company is built and scaled toward a public listing
  • A genuine path to owning a P&L — this role is explicitly designed as a pipeline into business leadership, not a permanent staff function
  • High visibility with the CEO and leadership team from day one
  • Steep learning curve across strategy, operations, and financial services
