Job Overview
We’re hiring a Head of Data Science to lead forecasting, optimization, and decision intelligence. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to ship AI-first capabilities that are measured in customer ROI and that scale reliably.
What We’re Looking For
- Track record shipping DS/ML to production with real business impact.
- A passion for and proven capability of AI ways of working
- Depth in time series and optimization; strong MLOps and data architecture.
- Ability to explain complex models simply and earn trust with customers/partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the methodology and roadmap for forecasting, optimization, and policy models.
- Build production-grade DS pipelines with evaluation, monitoring, and safe rollout.
- Define data contracts and quality SLAs; ensure explainability and auditability.
- Partner with Product on outcome-based delivery and GTM on partner-grade proof packs.
