Job Overview
Define and teach our Agentic Playbook; certify teams and track adoption/impact.
Deploy shared AI tools across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships—secure, observable, and cost-efficient.
Incubate platform capabilities (orchestration, eval, retrieval, trust features) and graduate them into the product.
Govern AI use responsibly: safety, privacy, access controls, and audit trails.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on record rolling out AI/LLM/agent solutions at scale across multiple functions.
- Strong product & platform instincts; can turn standards into shipped, reliable tools.
- Clarity on cost, reliability, and safety—plus the storytelling to drive adoption.
