Your Mission
The Capture and Processing group is responsible for designing and building our AeroPoint and DirtMate GPS hardware, drone management, geospatial survey processing solutions, and in-field mobile experiences, including our DirtMate hardware, to tackle the tough, hands-on challenges our customers face daily.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will be working in one of our squads focused on DirtMate where you’ll play a key role in creating and delivering the roadmap, and partnering with Senior Product Managers to create the strategy and goals for the squad. You will collaborate with other Product Managers, Marketing and wider teams to build journeys across the product and help to launch these in creative and engaging ways to our customers.
The role is ideal for a highly collaborative and technically minded individual who is keen to dive in deep and understand technical concepts around all things geospatial, Propeller’s customers and their industries. You like to think hard about hard problems, roll-up your sleeves to figure out the why, collaborate well with others and care deeply about the customer.
Your Skills
- Product Management experience: Exposure to working in a SaaS environment, with a keen interest in learning more about hardware and geospatial products.
- Collaboration & teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, supporting alignment around shared goals while learning to influence without direct authority.
- Customer focus: A strong curiosity about customer needs and industries, with a willingness to develop skills in identifying pain points and opportunities.
- Strong communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication, with an eagerness to develop the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences and document work effectively.
- Analytical mindset: Your are skilled in using data to support decision-making, with an openness to dig deep into our customer usage data, learning how to analyse this data into insights for your squad to build better products.
- Execution & organisation: Experience or demonstrated ability in breaking down tasks, prioritising effectively, and maintaining attention to detail while working efficiently.
