The role

As our Salesforce & Systems Administrator at Prospa you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our usage of Salesforce, Vonage/Telephony, DocuSign, and ZenDesk. You’ll oversee the Sales Operations system design, optimisation, user management, and permissions whilst providing ongoing support and training for users, technical issue resolution, and the configuration of system integrations. You’ll also support our transition from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning FSC, aiming for significant operational efficiency gains.

What you’ll will be doing

  • Developing the strategic vision and plan for our systems use in Sales Operations.
  • Connecting Salesforce’s technical capabilities with systems implementation and optimisation.
  • Utilising Salesforce FSC to its fullest extent, maximising benefits, and meeting business needs.
  • Continuously integrating Salesforce into workflows for improved business outcomes.
  • Identifying and implementing technical solutions to scale operations.
  • Building Prospa’s Salesforce FSC knowledge library and providing technical training and support.
  • Managing user licences, permissions, and workflows.
  • Resolving technical Salesforce issues with a CI/CD mindset
  • Reviewing current SF Classic initiatives and plan for a smooth transition to Lightning FSC.
  • Gathering stakeholder requirements and develop a transition plan with safety measures.
  • Collaborating with support teams to minimise disruptions during migration.
  • Implementing post-transition reviews and ongoing support processes.
  • Integrating Salesforce FSC functionalities (e.g., Einstein, Calendly, Telephony) into Prospa’s operations.
  • Maintaining and optimising key systems like Vonage (Telephony) and ZenDesk.
  • Ensuring ALL integrations and workflows maximise operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Salesforce Administrator experience, ideally in a Call Centre setting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce FSC (SF Classic experience is advantageous).
  • Proven track record in optimizing Salesforce FSC and Salesforce transitions.
  • Strong problem solving, stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications will be advantageous.
