The role
As a Partner Specialist reporting to the Sales Manager of Business Development, you'll play a crucial role in cultivating a highly engaged partner network to drive sales revenue. You’ll be responsible for effective sales pipeline management, stakeholder engagement, and optimising partner performance to enhance sales funnel efficiency.
What you’ll will be doing
- Delivering a seamless partner experience and being customer obsessed.
- Actively listening to and understanding partners and their clients needs for effective solutioning.
- Reviewing customer financial statements.
- Applying Prospa’s credit policy in decision-making and guidance, ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborating with with internal sales leaders to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Engaging in meaningful discussions with partners to enhance education and engagement, strengthening Prospa’s market value.
- Regularly reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Identifying and implementing performance enhancements.
- Ensuring Salesforce CRM data accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
- Sales experience in commercial finance in Account/Relationship Manager roles
- Experience managing channel partners
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong problem solving, cross collaboration skills.
- Continuous improvement and development mindset
- Proficient in SFDC, Tableau, and Slack
