We’re expanding our sales organisation and are looking for two motivated, energetic, and commercially minded SDRs to join us as we scale across Australia and New Zealand. This is a chance to step into a brand-new function, shape how SDRs operate at ProSpend, and make a direct impact on pipeline growth and revenue.

The Opportunity
As one of ProSpend’s first SDRs, you’ll play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity and supporting a high-performing sales team. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, follow-up on inbound leads, and engaging with prospects across multiple channels.
You’ll be joining a business with strong sales momentum, an ambitious team, and significant investment in growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, work closely with experienced Sales and Marketing leaders, and develop into a future Account Executive role.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing interest into sales-ready opportunities.
- Use HubSpot to manage leads, cadence follow-ups, and maintain accurate pipeline activity.
- Use tools like firmable, and snov to manage email outreach and access contact details.
- Build rapport with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messages.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target personas.
- Contribute to building the SDR playbook, outreach templates, and process improvements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly SQL and meeting-set targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years in a sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS experience ideal but not essential).
- Confidence making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment and iterate.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to build something from the ground up.
- Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role over time.
