Role overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager at ProSpend will play a pivotal role in executing comprehensive marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and support our position as ANZ's leading spend management solution. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Marketing (40%)

  • Identify, plan, and execute targeted partner marketing activities from EDMs to content creation to
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with partners to effectively market to, through, and with these partners, maximising joint marketing opportunities.
  • Update partner portal with content created by Marketing team and communicate these to partners regularly in monthly newsletter

Webinars & Events (20%)

  • Manage end-to-end ideation, setup and execution of thought leadership webinars, partner events, ProSpend events and conferences, including content planning, logistics, hosting, and ROI measurement. (Content will be provided by Content marketing manager however the SMM will need to lead on the creation of HubSpot campaigns, nurture flows, email invites, final webinar deck, speaker liaison and working sessions)
  • Coordinate social media and digital marketing campaigns to maximise audience reach and engagement.
  • Drive thought leadership and lead generation through online webinars and event participation.

Lead Nurture & Customer Advocacy (25%)

  • Oversee HubSpot marketing activities, collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams to optimise lead nurturing and conversion by developing nurture flows and sequences.
  • Develop a program to generate customer testimonials and G2 reviews from customers which can be funneled to the content team.
  • Manage and analyse customer data in HubSpot and find ways to improve data quality and identify potential target segments for nurture /cross-sell campaigns
  • Manage the customer referral program and find ways to improve conversions
  • Regularly track, report, and analyse marketing performance fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, providing insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Factors.ai.

Demand Generation and campaign management (15%)

  • Own repeatable, scalable demand generation campaigns that impact all funnel stages - increasing brand engagement and driving new opportunities to our sales team and upsells for Customer Success
  • Be the Hubspot in-house platform expert - responsible for owning and executing demand generation activities including, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers), blog publishing and more
  • Manage all ABM efforts for mid-market target accounts, building intentional campaigns based on deep account research, partnership with sales & account data . This will include being key liaison for SDRs in the sales team.
  • Liaise with digital media agency and regularly track, optimise and report on ongoing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing management, including content marketing, campaign management , customer and partner marketing.
  • Proven success in executing product initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Willingness to learn and develop content and workflows with the help of AI tools
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, including HubSpot or Factors.ai.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and reporting marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in spend management, fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology is highly regarded.
