The Opportunity
Located at our Amsterdam (Zuidas) headquarters, we are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our IT Team maintaining SaaS services with focus on Google workspace. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager and with the help of our outsource partners you will maintain, update and improve the delivery of these services to our users around the globe.

What You Bring
- Design, develop, and uphold SaaS solutions that ensure high reliability and performance of our Google Workspace and Cloud services and integrations.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide insights, predict operational challenges, and refine
- system designs for Google Workspace and integrations.
- Automate production systems and operations to reduce manual involvement and increase
- efficiency.
- Conduct performance analyses, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analyses.
- Monitor metrics and develop processes to improve visibility, tracking, and maintenance of various service use cases.
- Promote best practices in development and reliability engineering within the team and the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in cloud services support and a solid understanding of cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with Google solutions, services, practices, including automation and in integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Desire to learn and explore new technologies, trends, and practices in cloud computing.
