The Opportunity

As a Senior Talent Manager, you will take on a pivotal, high-impact role within Prosus, reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Management. This role will focus on designing and implementing cutting-edge talent strategies that embed The Prosus Way across our 30,000+ colleagues in our ecosystem of portfolio companies.

Through leading global mobility programs, succession planning, and leadership assessment frameworks, you will create connected systems that ensure collaboration, alignment, and measurable business outcomes. What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in global talent management , with a proven track record of designing and implementing global mobility programs, succession plans, and leadership assessment tools.
  • Expertise in talent integration , particularly post-acquisition scenarios, and harmonizing systems across diverse cultures and markets.
  • Successful experience in managing mission-critical roles , with demonstrated capability in succession planning for CEO-1 and CEO-2 levels.
  • Strong familiarity with leveraging AI technologies and tools to enhance global talent management processes and decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management, innovation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at board-level meetings.

Your Typical Day

Each day in this role presents exciting challenges and opportunities to make a global impact. You'll collaborate with portfolio company CHROs to align talent strategies with The Prosus Way and core values (ERIPI). Leading cross-portfolio talent initiatives, you'll foster cultural alignment, mobility, and collaboration. From designing global talent mobility frameworks to strategizing succession plans for mission-critical roles, your work will ensure our ecosystem thrives.

You'll drive leadership calibration, evaluate high-potential talent, and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance talent visibility and predictive insights. Preparing for board-level Talent Review discussions, you'll deliver actionable leadership planning insights while advising on compliance for international mobility. Regularly measuring the business impact of talent programs, you'll strive to continuously improve outcomes, making every day impactful and dynamic.
