We are now looking for a Recruiting Talent Partner with full cycle recruiting experience across a variety of technical domains, ideally with specialty in one or more areas, such as software engineering, data science/engineering, information technology or product design.
The ideal candidate is an expert in recruiting, passionate about building diverse teams, and cares deeply about an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies, partnering directly with organizational leaders to own key hires that move the needle for the business. In this position, we also value previous experience in HR, as you will work in collaboration with the wider People team to ensure smooth people processes and employee experience.
You will be part of our fun and caring team of people professionals located in Finland and the USA. We aim to constantly develop and improve our processes, and ourselves too, and we hope that you are interested in modern recruitment and talent acquisition methods.
This is a hybrid role with occasional evening meetings with the global team.

What You will do:
- Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, building both a short and long-term pipeline
- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into recruiting strategy and interview plan for each open position, reporting regularly on result
- Partner with the global Talent team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Partner with the boarder People team on HR matters
- Act as an advocate for both the company and the candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through, resulting in a wonderful candidate experience.
We would love to have You on our team, if You have:
- At least 4 years of full cycle recruiting for senior level talent in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Experience sourcing and closing senior level candidates in technical roles
- Experience from Employer Branding and / or Employee Advocacy programs is preferred
- Experience from wider human resources activities is seen as a benefit
- Ability to wear many hats, be a team player and navigate ambiguity
- Demonstrated passion and drive while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
- Experience working in a global team is a benefit
