We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Oura's Metabolic Health initiative, a key strategic pillar in our expanding health ecosystem. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of metabolic health features, collaborating with world-class designers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to create impactful user experiences that help people understand and optimize their metabolic health.
Preferred location in Helsinki or Oulu, Finland.
What You will do:
- Own and drive the roadmap for Oura's Metabolic Health initiative, helping to establish it as a core health pillar within the Oura ecosystem
- Lead a world-class cross-functional team of product designers, developers, data scientists, and researchers to scale and enhance our metabolic health offerings
- Develop product requirements and specifications that balance user needs, scientific validity, and business objectives
- Coordinate with other product teams, product marketing, legal, IP, commerce and leadership to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive the metabolic health vision forward
- Measure and analyze feature performance to continuously improve user experience and health outcomes
- Report directly to the VP of Product, contributing to broader product strategy discussions
We would love to have You on our team, if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager for consumer products, with demonstrated success in health tech, metabolic health, wearables, or related fields
- Strong understanding of product development processes from conception to launch
- Experience working with scientific or research teams to translate complex health concepts into user-friendly features
- Proven track record of working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to decision making and feature development
