Senior Claims Adjuster

The opportunity:

As a Senior Claims Adjuster you are part of a highly motivated team of professionals developing tailor-made solutions for our clients. As part of the team, you will make a significant contribution to achieving our corporate goals and give our clients the confidence of being covered by a specialist partner.


Your new role:

As a Senior Claims Adjuster you will deal with the claims from start to end and speak with various stakeholders, such as clients, brokers, experts, lawyers and underwriters.

  • Handle national and international claims within the property segment
  • Investigate and resolve core and complex claims to provide excellent claims handling service with minimal leakage
  • Support the development of relationships with customers to enable the claims function to fully support the customer´s needs
  • Be a consistent and trusted partner to our customers and a strong QBE representative on the market
  • Maintain knowledge of the property claims portfolio and provide information internally
  • Support the implementation of systems, tools and processes to manage property claims
  • You will be based in our office in the centre of Stockholm (Kungsgatan)

About you :

  • Proven background handling property claims from another insurance company or claims handling company
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • You are willing to take on responsibility and always deliver timely
  • You like to relate to people and are communicative and empathetic
  • You are flexible, resilient and reliable
