Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe purpose of this role is to lead and maintain the technical functions of business continuity and crisis management for the division, ensuring successful implementation, execution, and delivery of all systems and tools in compliance with policies and regulations. This role involves advising and supporting the business unit in meeting regulatory requirements through the completion of operating models and frameworks, as well as assisting Business Continuity Management activities.Responsibilities:
- Support and advise the business through the review process of the business continuity plan (BCP) and Crisis Management Framework.
- Coordinate the document publish and test the organisation's BCP in line with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with business partners to coordinate the annual BCM Program and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver the Divisional Operating Model/Framework, including planning and executing divisional Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.
- Support the establishment of an effective Group Governance model for BCM.
- Maintain and review Business Continuity Management policies, processes, and systems.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of BCP and Crisis Management plans.
- Plan and execute business continuity testing and manage issue resolution.
- Provide on-call advice and support for real issues, incidents, and crises.
- Deliver BCM training and awareness across the BC Community.
Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Moderate relevant experience.
Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Experience in business continuity and crisis management.
- Project management experience.
- SharePoint development and administration of Business Continuity (BC) systems.
- Experience developing and delivering programs in crisis management or related fields.
- Relevant experience in complex organisations with matrix structures, 3rd party services, and offshore functions.
Qualifications:
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
