Primary Details

Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeProvide assistance to the team in implementation of financial planning and analysis functions for the company and lead FP&A function for supported tower/department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist and participate in developing and executing strategies to help achieve the goals and objectives of the GSSC and QBE
•Lead the budget, planning and reforecast process for the department or tower supported in conjunction with business requirements.
•Provide executive consultation to support the completion of supported tower's annual business plans and reforecast, including completion of the expense budgeting process to ensure accurate and timely completion.
•Monitor, manage and advise supported towers of any budget-related issues or any activities that may have financial impact
•Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and deliverables
•Provide support to the Sr. FP&A Manager in the development and completion of the annual business plan and reforecasts of the company, including consolidating and producing reports.
•Provide support to the Sr. FP&A Manager in regular reporting of business results, providing detailed analysis of financial management reports
•Produce reports and analyses, including ad hoc reports, on a timely, accurate and consistent basis as required by GSSC Management to support business outcomes.
•Identify, calculate and communicate feasibility of projects as well as benefits realized from key initiatives.
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Interact regularly with internal clients for management reporting, expense analysis and initiatives benefits monitoring, reconciliation and reporting.
•Ensure compliance with existing policies, procedures and relevant regulations/legislations
•Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and deliverables
•Adhere to formal communication process with internal clients at all times
•Detailed expense management and analysis process and presentation of financial management reports
•Design reporting tools and templates to improve data analysis and presentation
•Execute and accomplish assigned FP&A functions and projects

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience

• 5 years relevant experience

Required Licenses/Certifications

• CPA or CMA/CIMA

Preferred Competencies/Skills

• Knowledge of management accounting
•Industry trend awareness
•Quantitative analysis and requisite software skills (e.g. above average Excel and Powerpoint, Hyperion and Oracle)
•Strong business partnering skills
•Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective working relationships with senior management including ability to challenge the status quo
•Ability to communicate with and explain financial concepts to non-finance people and influence key decisions makers
•Ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees

Preferred Education

• Master's Degree

Preferred Education Specifics

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in related field

Preferred Experience

• BPO experience is an advantage
