The opportunity
Are you passionate about amplifying employee voices and turning insights into action? We’re looking for a dynamic Culture and Inclusion Lead to drive uplift in our culture and employee experiences, with a strong focus on driving our global employee listening strategy.
Your new role
You’ll be at the heart of our global culture and inclusion team, leading the design, delivery, and evolution of our employee listening program, consulting on strategic surveys across the business, and helping to delivery culture and employee experience initiatives. This is a hands-on role with real impact—helping shape how we gather, interpret, and act on employee feedback across the business.
Work with a global community of practice to uplift culture and employee experience.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of our global employee voice surveys.
Partner with stakeholders to design, and deliver surveys that matter.
Extract and present key insights for stakeholders, including executive audiences.
Support the business with strategic surveys, offering guidance to ensure quality and consistency.
Help define key messages from survey results and guide the business on what to do with them.
Continuously improve our approach to survey design, engagement, and reporting.
About you
Proven experience in survey design and delivery, ideally in a large or complex organisation.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to distil insights for senior stakeholders.
Experience with employee listening platforms—Medallia experience is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for culture, inclusion, and employee experience.
