The opportunity
This role will drive the implementation of global culture and inclusion initiatives that support QBE’s strategic priorities and reputation as a leader amongst inclusive workplaces. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement programs that enhance employee experience, culture, and inclusion across the whole organisation—ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Your new role
This is a strategic role focused on shaping and delivering on our global approach to inclusion. You’ll act as an internal consultant, helping the business improve people practices with culture and inclusion at the core.
Lead the design, delivery, and coordination of culture, inclusion, and employee experience initiatives.
Shape and implement QBE’s group inclusion strategy, leading delivery of global programs.
Leverage AI and data insights to identify focus areas and accelerate strategic initiatives.
Partner with a global community of practice to align and influence consistent practices across regions.
Coordinate people-related disclosures and reporting, including sustainability and annual reports.
About you
Prior experience in designing culture and inclusion programs and initiatives, with a commercially focused and pragmatic approach.
A background in Organisational Psychology, Employee Experience or strategic human capital will be beneficial.
Strong problem-solving and behavioural change expertise.
A clear communicator with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
A high level of data literacy and/or understanding of global inclusion context preferred.
