The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Performance Management Reporting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality performance analysis and insights that support decision-making across the Group. You’ll play a key role in evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive success.
Your new role
Lead the delivery of Group management results, ensuring alignment with internal and external reporting requirements
Partner with divisional Finance and business teams to understand underlying performance trends and ensure alignment with Group Performance Objectives
Analyse performance trends, identify key risks and opportunities, and translate findings into strategic insights for inform decision-making
Build strong relationships with Group Senior stakeholders to shape reporting that evolves with the business needs
Champion continuous improvement in analytics, reporting processes and data quality to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards to drive operational efficiencies
Provide coaching and mentoring to analyst, supporting their professional growth and career development
About you
Experienced in Financial Services or Corporate Finance, ideally within the insurance sector
Analytical thinker with a structured approach to solving complex problems
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Technically proficient in finance, accounting, or actuarial analysis
Detail-oriented with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights
