Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe purpose of this role is to create and maintain marketing and communications graphics for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry best practices. This role involves coordinating the design process from concept to final production for both interactive and print materials.

Responsibilities:

• Support brand development initiatives by creating consistent marketing and communications images, translating visuals into corporate materials, and coordinating production specifications for assigned projects.
• Provide creative expertise across the organisation by collaborating with key stakeholders to conceptualise and recommend design strategies for campaigns and projects.
• Review stakeholder-created marketing and communications drafts to identify needed changes in design and apply consistent organisational brand standards.
• Collaborate across departments by communicating ideas and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement to build a comprehensive and inclusive brand strategy.
• Maintain the image and copyrights of the company on the internet.
• Support projects including planning and implementation in line with brand guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value key attributes.
• Establish and maintain good client relationships with insured, agents, staff, and the general public.
• Produce online digital content and graphics such as brand materials and presentations.
• Work closely with the digital/interactive production team to ensure the highest standards of design are achieved.

Work Experience:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

• Some relevant work experience.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

• Commercial experience in online and interactive design.
• Proven design experience in a practical setting.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
