The opportunity
Join our global Social Impact team to help drive meaningful change through the QBE Foundation. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of global partnerships and initiatives aligned with our Foundation strategy and sustainability priorities. You’ll play a key role in managing our flagship Community Ready partnership, coordinating employee engagement campaigns, and amplifying our impact through storytelling, reporting, and collaboration.
Your new role
Support the global Community Ready partnership with Red Cross and Save the Children, including disaster response funding and proposal reviews.
Coordinate global employee engagement initiatives such as QGiving, Catalysing Impact, and QBE AcceliCITY.
Manage QBE Foundation contributions to the Sustainability/Impact Report, Data Book, and website updates.
Oversee Corporate Community Investment reporting on a quarterly and annual basis.
Deliver internal communications to showcase Foundation activities across various internal platforms.
Support award submissions, cross-functional collaboration, and new ways to engage employees in community impact.
About you
Experience managing partnerships and delivering social impact initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and project management capabilities
Financial acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting
A keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement
A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for community engagement and innovation
