Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: Contingent WorkerThe purpose of this role is to provide essential support to the distribution team by managing business processing tasks and overseeing work allocation, including monitoring and reporting on various transactions such as new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.Responsibilities:
- Process insurance product paperwork promptly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Provide business processing support to the team as needed, including tasks like quote registrations and policy adjustments.
- Develop good working relationships with internal customers and intermediaries.
- Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding processing queries.
- Adhere to business processing guidelines and the organisation's administration policies.
- Support the implementation of new work practices and processes.
- Comply with provided legislation and industry codes.
- Complete administrative duties such as client record creation and document uploading.
- Support maintenance of credit control and pending items through policy administration.
Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Some relevant work experience. Preferred Work experience:
- Experience in insurance company or call centre environment
- Administration experience
Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications include:
- Secondary school certification.
