Estimate effort, report progress, and manage activities within budget.
Deliver solutions meeting customers' needs and agreed scope.
Balance operational delivery and risk commitments by identifying emerging, underlying, and accumulating risks across processes and controls. Understand their impact on service recipients and stakeholders, clearly communicate the risk landscape to leaders, and assist in prioritizing resources in response and formalizing, where required, in conjunction with the first line risk team.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of output.
Mentor junior team members and support staff development.
Expertise in multiple ServiceNow Applications
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Request, Change), Employee Centre, Virtual Agent
ServiceNow CMDB configuration
Integrations and Integration Hub
Employee Center Configuration
MID server implementation and configuration experience
Scripting (JavaScript/REST)
Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Work Experience:
Necessary Work Experience includes:
• Relational database and SQL development experience
• Scripting (JavaScript/REST)
• Experience in Service Now
Preferred Work Experience includes:
• Must hold at least one Implementation or Application Developer Certification
• Relational database and SQL development experience
The purpose of this role is to oversee the efficient delivery of build artefacts, collaborate with software engineers to develop and integrate software solutions, and enhance existing systems to optimize operational applications. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and documenting complex programs and scripts in alignment with specifications and standards, while actively participating in specification reviews with relevant stakeholders.
