Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThis role is responsible for the management and facilitation of the governance for QBE’s People Learning function as well as the coordination of enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives at QBE. The role will ensure effective annual planning, seamless delivery of strategic programs, and robust global reporting. The role will manage the end-to-end process for major initiatives, oversee global vendor relationships and procurement, and facilitate the collation and analysis of data to support leadership and learning outcomes. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business to enable impactful learning experiences and drive continuous improvement across the people learning function.Key Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate governance forums and cadences including annual planning cycles, pipeline reviews, and flow-to-work processes to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.

Coordinate delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs such as Future Festival and ME@QBE, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholder engagement is maintained.

Oversee global vendor agreements, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for Learning and Leadership, providing insights to inform decision-making and track progress against strategic objectives.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support program delivery and continuous improvement.

Ensure all activities comply with company policies, relevant legislation, and data privacy standards. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Seek opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and outcomes related to learning and leadership programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Demonstrated experience in project/program management, preferably in a global or enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing governance processes and forums.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical skills for data collation and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and strategic thinking.
Preferred Experience
Experience in learning, talent, or leadership development programs.
Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools (Power BI) and learning management systems (Workday).
Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering outcomes in a global organization.
