The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated workforce management processes and tools are in place, enabling timely decision-making and visibility of demand. Additionally, the role includes providing expert analysis, insights, and recommendations to enhance operational workforce planning, address challenges, and improve performance.

• Develop and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for Workforce Management to meet business needs.

• Identify areas of efficiency and increased effectiveness to deliver continuous improvement in resource management.

• Provide internal stakeholders with technical expertise and support around workforce planning.

• Support senior management in identifying business challenges and influencing changes to policy, process, or programmes.

• Actively seek input and feedback from key stakeholders to promote the delivery of improvements.

• Embed performance routines associated with Workforce Management.

• Oversight of the delivery of forecasts and capacity plans with a 12 to 24-month horizon.

• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure forward planning and capacity management.

• Develop and implement resource reporting metrics to support operational performance, governance, and continuous improvement.

• Provide leadership within the team to ensure that required standards of performance are achieved.
