Your New Role
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines
- Regularly collect, compile, and analyse market information to share with the team
- Support credit control in payment collection by coordinating with intermediaries
- Support the tracking, reporting, and analyse the team's referrals, backlogs, and productivity
- Be the digital ambassador of the team
- Recommend initiatives to streamline policies and processes
- Provide interpretation and advice on policies, processes, and procedures
- Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases
- Deliver business results by meeting operational KPIs and ensuring risk awareness and governance
About You
- Experience with underwriting and insurance coursework
- Some underwriting experience in the insurance business, including relevant policy documentation handling
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
