  • Work closely with business stakeholders (including Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations and Finance) to understand user needs, agree priorities, and manage expectations

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of delivery partner teams across offshore locations, supporting service quality and timely delivery

  • Coach and mentor team members, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to process improvement initiatives

  • Support effective monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness across supported platforms

About you

  • Proven experience leading production support teams in complex enterprise environments within financial services (insurance or banking)

  • Experience operating in regulated environments, with strong understanding of enterprise risk management, governance, and controls, including audit support

  • Experience supporting large‑scale MI, ETL, data warehousing and analytics platforms, including batch‑driven environments

  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL‑based service management, with hands‑on experience across Incident, Problem and Change, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and/or Remedy (mandatory)

  • Proven ability to manage business‑critical systems in time‑pressured, highly visible environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, including negotiation where delivery capacity is constrained

  • Experience leading delivery squads operating within an Agile delivery model with hands‑on experience facilitating and participating in core Agile ceremonies

  • Experience working with third‑party vendors and offshore delivery models

  • Track record of delivering process improvements that strengthen stability, control, and risk posture

  • Awareness of MS SQL, monitoring and observability tools, and capacity planning considerations in large‑scale IT environments

  • ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory); Agile / Scrum Master certification (desirable)
