• Due to internal development within the Claims business unit, we are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist with experience with managing end to end claims

Your new role

• Own end‑to‑end Commercial Motor Claims, from coverage review to settlement
• Make smart decisions on coverage, reserves and payments within QBE frameworks
• Partner closely with brokers, customers and suppliers to keep claims moving
• Tackle complex, non‑standard or sensitive claims with confidence and care
• Build strong commercial motor knowledge across policies, processes and compliance
• Learn, contribute and grow within a collaborative, high‑performing claims team

About you

• Experience within Motor Claims and nice to have end to end commercial claims experience
• Confidence with managing Broker relationships
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritise, keeping customers at the forefront.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to shared outcomes
