Your new role
As a hands-on first-line risk and compliance lead, you’ll work closely with Claims leadership and key stakeholders to ensure contractual and regulatory obligations are effectively managed in practice. This role is embedded within the business, giving you the opportunity to influence outcomes, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement across Claims.
Key responsibilities include:
Act as first line owner for Claims risk and compliance management activities, including identification, assessment, monitoring, and treatment of operational and compliance risks.
Own the end-to-end management of Claims issues as first line, including identification, documentation, assessment, and tracking of issues impacting contractual, regulatory, or operational requirements.

Experience in first-line risk and compliance within financial services or insurance
Strong background in controls design, testing, and assurance
