The opportunity
The role of the Digital Lead is to shape and deliver the digital strategy for our SME portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you will bring clarity, ownership, and direction to our digital agenda ensuring investments are prioritised effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes. Work across Product, Technology, and Distribution to enhance broker experience, improve efficiency and support SME growth through scalable, user‑focused digital solutions.

Your new role
You will bring ownership and direction to SME’s digital strategy connecting business priorities with practical digital solutions. Acting as the central point of accountability, you will make sure our digital efforts are focused, prioritised, and executed effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Own and deliver the SME digital roadmap aligned to strategy, growth priorities, and business outcomes
- Translate strategic objectives into a prioritised pipeline of digital initiatives with clear value and benefits
- Balance and prioritise competing demands across underwriting portfolios to maximise investment impact
- Lead initiatives that improve broker experience, ease of doing business, and engagement
- Partner with Product and Technology to design and deliver scalable, user-focused digital solutions
- Track delivery, measure outcomes, and continuously improve through data, insights, and user feedback
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience leading digital initiatives or digital product delivery in a complex environment
- Strong capability in building and delivering digital roadmaps aligned to business strategy
- Experience prioritising investments based on value, impact, and feasibility
- Deep understanding of customer-centric design and digital experience optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
- Ability to translate business needs into clear digital outcomes
