Early Careers Talent Partner

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Careers Talent Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you’ll not only lead the design and delivery of QIC’s Early Careers programs- including graduate, intern and vacation initiatives - but also partner with the business to deliver tailor hiring solutions across a select portfolio of roles. You’ll play a pivotal role in building QIC’s future workforce, strengthening our employer brand, and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

About the role
- You'll design, implement, and enhance QIC’s early career programs across graduate, intern and vacation cohorts.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for early careers programs, from attraction to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student associations, and industry bodies to enhance QIC’s early careers presence. Attend career fairs and events on behalf of QIC.
- Deliver memorable onboarding and development experiences for early careers cohorts.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to strengthen QIC’s employer brand across digital and campus channels.
- Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Manage a select portfolio of business units, providing strategic and operational recruitment support.
- Champion innovation and diversity in attraction and selection strategies.
Track recruitment and program metrics, including diversity outcomes and experience insights.
You'll bring
- Experience in talent acquisition, including early careers or graduate recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume campaigns and concurrent priorities.
- Knowledge of assessment tools, ATS platforms, and data-driven recruitment practices.
- Creativity in employer branding, campus engagement, and diversity initiatives.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for innovation.
