This is a strategic role where you’ll lead, design and execute internal communication activities and frameworks that foster transparency, engagement, and alignment across our global business. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver compelling messaging and communications for organisational initiatives, change programs, and cultural priorities — ensuring every QIC team member feels informed, inspired, and connected.
About You
You’re a strategic communicator who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You know how to turn business objectives into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You’re confident advising executives, managing multiple stakeholders, and leading innovative communication content and approaches that drive best practice employee engagement and cultural alignment.
Your toolkit includes:
- 5–7 years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or change management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and digital communication platforms.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver QIC’s Internal Communications Strategy: Develop and deliver a global framework and communications initiatives aligned to business objectives and cultural priorities.
- Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality messaging across channels— intranet, newsletters, speech notes, videos, quarterly forums and leadership communications.
- Partner with Leaders: Provide strategic advice, support executive visibility, and coach leaders for impactful communication including key internal announcements.
- Drive Change Communications: Collaborate with People & Culture and project teams to manage communication for major initiatives and organisational change.
- Measure and Improve: Use analytics and feedback to continuously enhance communication effectiveness.
- Champion Engagement: Foster a culture of connection and collaboration across QIC’s global offices.
