About the role

An exciting opportunity for a well-versed procurement professional to join our Strategic Procurement team. As the Manager, Third Party Governance, you will play a key role in delivering procurement governance and risk management advisory services and overseeing the performance of service providers across QIC. By collaborating effectively with stakeholders, you will ensure third party providers' performance aligns with QIC corporate governance standards and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing supplier relationship management and governance frameworks including developing and operationalising service levels, KPIs and governance structures.
• Training and advisory support to stakeholders on third party management.
• Collaborative engagement with stakeholders to manage strategic issues and escalations for material service providers.
• Lead procurement activities for a GRC project and stay current with best practices and technology in third party management.
• Oversee contract register governance, and implement contract management tools across QIC, with a particular focus on governance by QIC Finance.
• Develop and implement compliance programs for third party management practices, support audits to ensure corporate governance.

About You

This position is perfect for a procurement professional who is confident to support and educate on third party governance. With strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities, you are likely to meet the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Finance or Law.
• Experience developing third party management frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Strong understanding of third party governance.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
