Join QIC as a Senior Trade Operations Analyst and become part of a global investment manager with a reputation for delivering strong returns while making a positive impact for our clients and people. In this fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate trade flows, ensure data integrity across investment systems, and play a key role in trade lifecycle management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to best-in-class operational service and supporting QIC’s commitment to responsible investing and continuous improvement. You’ll be joining a team with deep industry experience, strong technical capability, and a culture that values ownership, continuous improvement, and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trade workflows across key asset classes including, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Exchange Traded Derivatives, Cleared and Bilateral OTC Derivatives and Private Debt.
• Reconcile positions, market values, and cash within internal and external vendor systems.
• Manage trade lifecycle activities for physical and derivative assets.
• Manage ETD / OTC collateral and margin workflows.
• Oversee external middle office, custodian and clearing functions.
• Contribute to new asset workflows and client initiatives.

About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented trade operations professional who takes ownership of your work and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high performing team. You bring:

• Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or similar.
• Experience in trade operations within an investment management or financial services environment.
• Strong asset knowledge and technical understanding of trade lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of swap processing, clearing operations, and corporate actions.
• Knowledge of settlement practices across multiple asset types.
• Understanding of investment instruments and in-depth knowledge of pricing and valuation methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience using BlackRock Aladdin (highly regarded).
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience using PowerQuery.
