We’re currently looking for a passionate Brand Designer who will help us scale our next phase of growth. We're looking for a Mid-Weight Designer with a focus on visual & graphic design. This is a full-time role within our marketing team and reporting to the Senior Brand Designer.

About you

• You have experience as a Graphic, Brand, or Visual Designer creating a diverse range of digital and print marketing materials

• You are fluent in Figma
  ​Experience in motion design and video editing is a bonus!

• You have a portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing clean, elegant, and beautiful designs

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and are comfortable with actively surfacing ideas as well as challenges

• You have a keen understanding of design based on visual and popular trends

• You are a self-starter and curious about truly understanding our core customer, and willing to roll up your sleeves and research what they want and need

• You have a strong stylistic approach and a strong foundation in what makes a good design

• You deliver great designs, on deadline and to brief

What you'll do

• Create a range of fresh, and high-quality designs for various channels including our website, social media, emails and templates used within the product

• Take concepts from ideation to delivery

• Be able to implement brand guidelines and provide guidance to internal team members

• Manage Qwilr’s template library by sourcing bespoke inspiration across a range of industries and use cases

• Brief new and updated templates to Qwilr’s Digital Design team, confidently and provide design guidance to ensure high design standards

• Have excellent attention to detail, actioning feedback provided promptly and efficiently
