Who is Redbubble

As the world's largest marketplace for independent artists, our purpose is to create and inspire new ways of experiencing connection and a sense of belonging for every person. From everyday things, to the very thing, we connect people to millions of designs on any product, on demand.

Welcome to a place that will celebrate your achievements, celebrate you solving the hard problems not just the fixes and celebrate you rapidly getting to the core of the issue rather than striving for the perfect answer.

The Role

We’re looking for a new Product Quality & Compliance Manager who will drive the implementation and execution of quality standards across Redbubble, ensuring customers and artists receive quality products.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Product Quality, Safety & Compliance, this role will develop and implement risk-based product compliance requirements across Redbubble's global fulfilment network and own the Social Responsibility audit portion of our Social Impact & Sustainability mission. This will be achieved by the planning and execution of Social Responsibility (SR) Audits across the Marketplace's global supply chain. This is a truly cross-functional and collaborative role, driving improvements and building strategic plans to increase efficiency, reduce cost and manage risk.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2 - 5 years of product quality, compliance and/or social responsibility experience within a consumer goods / food / industrial supply chain

  • Experience establishing processes to assess quality and compliance at scale
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders to develop corrective and preventative actions arising from quality and compliance issues
  • Ability to translate complex product quality information into understandable, actionable insights for internal teams and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions

What We Offer:

  • A high trust culture based on mutual respect
