Welcome to a place that will celebrate your achievements, celebrate you solving the hard problems not just the fixes and celebrate you rapidly getting to the core of the issue rather than striving for the perfect answer.

The Role

We’re looking for a new Product Quality & Compliance Manager who will drive the implementation and execution of quality standards across Redbubble, ensuring customers and artists receive quality products.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Product Quality, Safety & Compliance, this role will develop and implement risk-based product compliance requirements across Redbubble's global fulfilment network and own the Social Responsibility audit portion of our Social Impact & Sustainability mission. This will be achieved by the planning and execution of Social Responsibility (SR) Audits across the Marketplace's global supply chain. This is a truly cross-functional and collaborative role, driving improvements and building strategic plans to increase efficiency, reduce cost and manage risk.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support regular reporting to all levels of the organization (Board, Executives & Senior Leaders) on key quality metrics
  • Manage partnerships with external third-party testing labs and industry experts
  • Drive cross-functional projects to identify and improve product quality, compliance and social responsibility issues
  • Work closely with technology teams on defining and communicating business needs
  • Manage the independent third-party audit program to plan and execute virtual and onsite Social Responsibility Audits of the fulfilment partners to schedule and on budget
  • Deliver innovation, inform risk and drive corrective actions that result from audits, enhancing Redbubble's processes to operate at scale
  • Drive awareness to cross-functional stakeholders on product quality, compliance and social responsibility obligations within appropriate teams

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2 - 5 years of product quality, compliance and/or social responsibility experience within a consumer goods / food / industrial supply chain
  • Familiarity and awareness of primary regulatory standards bodies governing product compliance and associated requirements
  • Experience establishing processes to assess quality and compliance at scale
  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders to develop corrective and preventative actions arising from quality and compliance issues
  • Ability to translate complex product quality information into understandable, actionable insights for internal teams and suppliers
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions

What We Offer:

  • A high trust culture based on mutual respect
  • Exposure to independent artists
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Personalised career planning
  • Opportunity to work in a global organisation
  • Equity in your package
  • Monthly Wellness allowance
  • Vouchers and discounts from our Redbubble website
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are offered for employees and dependents at little or no cost to the employee.
  • Retirement Savings (401k) matching. 100% of employee contribution up to 5% of salary.
  • FSA available for all employees.

We’re creatively inspired commerce. And that inspiration starts with you. With your drive for progress over perfection and your courage to come together in celebration of creativity over convention. You’re inspired by art and those who make it, and we’re inspired by you.
