The Role

We’re looking for a new Software Engineer to join our Fulfillment team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to support the goal to delighting customers around the world, transforming digital artworks into physical, individualised products by routing orders to print-on-demand fulfillers in a global network. We are aiming to improve our fulfilment processes to minimise cost and time, so our customers get the products they need for a competitive price and in a timely manner.

Key Accountabilities:

• Solve challenging problems using a mix of cutting edge technology and stable well-supported software
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and business stakeholders in various departments
• Care deeply about customer problems and technical excellence, developing high quality and scalable software
• Work as a team on complex problems to product documented solutions that other engineers can understand and implement
• Learn new tools, techniques and technologies to help shape opportunities for the business

What You’ll Bring:

• Relevant commercial skills and experience in contemporary tech stacks (our stack is predominantly Node.js with Typescript, Ruby, React, AWS and Kubernetes)
• Preferred experience working within a web, platform or e-commerce based business
• Strong foundation of high quality engineering principles and practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in a complex production environment
• Ability to effectively manage your own workload in a remote distributed environment
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
