What we're looking for
- Prior BDR Experience: You have proven experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) role, ideally in SaaS.
- Resilient & Confident: You thrive on overcoming challenges and handling objections with ease.
- Inquisitive: You ask the right questions to uncover the root of a problem.
- Customer-Obsessed: You have a proven track record of going above and beyond for customers.
- Collaborative: You work seamlessly with your team and stakeholders to get results.
- Ambitious: You’re hungry to excel and grow in your career.
- Creative Prospecting Skills: Experience finding leads from unique sources
What you'll be doing
- Educating Customers: Share the value of SafetyCulture’s solutions and how they can transform operations.
- Driving Pipeline: Prospect new customers and qualify opportunities for Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Becoming a Product Expert: Understand our platform inside out to clearly explain how we solve customer pain points.
- Discovery Conversations: Use smart questioning to identify customer needs and challenges during initial calls.
