SafetyCulture is seeking a hands-on and commercially astute Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team as we continue to scale. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, this is a unique opportunity to join the finance team for one of the world's fastest growing global SaaS companies and Australian owned Tech unicorns. This would be an incredible opportunity for a specialist looking to take the next step in their career as we continue to grow our global operations. Joining a high performing team, you will be comfortable to roll up your sleeves and the day to day in addition to driving key project.
What will I be doing?
- Maintain the supplier master list and ensure the accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Responsible for Accounts Payable inbox for SafetyCulture Group and ensure the invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Review staff reimbursements report and provide feedback when its appropriate
- Perform company credit card reconciliation, ensuring expenses are properly recorded and reconciled
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage supplier's accounts and reconcile statements with suppliers AR Officers, to ensure efficient and effective resolution of issues
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders across the business
What do I need?
- 2 years experience in an AP role
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize different tasks
- Customer centric approach to provide excellent service to stakeholders
- Experience in NetSuite, Coupa, ZIP (Desirable not essential).
- Experience in SaaS or high growth technology business. (Desirable not essential)
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers and internal stakeholders.
