The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing the right talent that drives business success and supports strategic workforce planning. This role ensures a seamless hiring experience while partnering with leaders to build high-performing, diverse teams aligned with the organisation’s goals and values.

How you will spend your time:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers across all business functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Design, Go To Market) to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team objectives.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sydney based roles, from intake and sourcing through to offer.
  • Support global recruitment efforts in AMER, APAC, EMEA regions as needed, particularly during periods of increased hiring demand.
  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent through a mix of direct outreach, referrals, talent pools, and recruitment tools.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Partner with the Global TA team and People Partners to ensure consistent, inclusive hiring practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate pipelines to drive hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing coaching on interview best practices, feedback delivery, and candidate assessment.

About you:

  • 5 + years proven full-cycle recruitment with strong experience recruiting engineers in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record of hiring in the Sydney Market, with deep understanding of talent landscapes, sourcing strategies, and regional hiring nuances.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions, shape role requirements, and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines, with a focus on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and market mapping.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, with an emphasis on data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency.
